NAXONAC® Phosphate Esters

NAXONAC phosphate esters are among the most applicable CATEXEL Nease products for oilfield applications. They function as wetting agents, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and coupling agents in drilling fluids, production chemicals, stimulation fluids, and oilfield cleaning formulations. Their ability to improve fluid compatibility and metal protection makes them valuable throughout the production cycle.

NAXONATE® Hydrotropes

NAXONATE hydrotropes enhance the solubility and stability of oilfield formulations, helping to incorporate surfactants, solvents, and other additives into aqueous systems. They are commonly used in well stimulation chemicals, production chemicals, industrial cleaners, and maintenance products.

NAXSOFT® Surfactants

NAXSOFT surfactants provide wetting, emulsification, detergency, and dispersion properties for oilfield applications. They can be used in drilling fluids, production chemicals, tank cleaners, degreasers, and specialty treatment formulations where effective surface interaction and contaminant removal are required.

WEYLCLEAN® Surfactants

WEYLCLEAN surfactants are used in industrial cleaning and maintenance formulations designed for oilfield equipment, pipelines, tanks, and production facilities. They provide excellent grease-cutting, emulsification, and cleaning performance.

NAXAN® and NAXAF® Dispersants

NAXAN and NAXAF dispersants help stabilize suspended solids and improve dispersion characteristics in drilling fluids, cementing formulations, and specialty oilfield treatment systems. Their dispersing capabilities can improve fluid handling and performance under demanding conditions.

NAXCAT® Sulfonic Acid Catalysts

NAXCAT sulfonic acids may be used in the manufacture of oilfield chemicals, resins, and specialty additives where strong acid catalysis is required for chemical synthesis and processing.
