JOB SUMMARY:
CSR I is responsible for meeting company and customer requirements by coordinating and communicating customer requirements to the rest of the organization. This position provides customer advocacy while troubleshooting, problem solving and acting as liaison for our customers with various departments.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
•Manage customer orders from placement to delivery through multiple channels including phone, e-mail and Internet.

•Check inventory for open orders and work with the production team to satisfy customers’ delivery dates.

•Manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction by clearly communicating our commitments such as delivery dates, problem resolution and order status details.

•Work with specified logistics companies to arrange transportation coverage for orders as necessary.

•Follow up with 3rd party logistics to ensure accurate entry of freight costs into Datacor for prepaid/prepaid & add shipments.

•Provide high quality of service through efficient use of technology relative to customer activity.

•Double check orders as an integral part of order entry process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skill Requirements

•Excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to work in a team environment.
•Excellent organizational and planning skills – ability to multi-task effectively.
•PC and MS Office proficiency required.
•ISO and Datacor ERP experience desirable.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•High School Diploma required. AS or BS in business or marketing a plus.
•Minimum 2 years customer service experience, inside sales, logistics or related functions (preferably in manufacturing).

•Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
•Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ Years with direct B2B customer engagement sales, technical service, customer service or equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel by car, air, or other means as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Technical background to complement selling skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Transportation Coordinator, reporting to the Inventory Manager and in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of customer orders. This role supports customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, freight cost tracking, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments with customers and carriers to meet delivery requirements.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the ERP system; confirm shipments to relieve inventory.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery, carrier, or documentation issues.
  • Record and support reconciliation of freight costs.
  • Ensure order, shipment, and inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements.
  • Follow company policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.
  • Support company and individual performance goals.

 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key function to required standards while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. Successful performance includes the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or order fulfillment
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of transportation processes and basic cost tracking concepts
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, word, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
